Shipping policy

Sole Cool is currently in pre-launch. Orders will begin shipping when we launch; waitlist members get first access.

 

Processing time

 

Once live, orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping rates & delivery

 

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

 

Order changes

 

Need to change an address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at allen@thatsolecool.com — we can usually help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

 

Lost or delayed packages

 

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package appears lost, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of.
