Refund policy

We want you to love your Sole Cool ritual. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility

 

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used balm sticks can be returned only if the product arrived damaged or defective.

 

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

How to start a return

 

Email us at allen@thatsolecool.com or use our contact form at /pages/contact with your order number. We'll send return instructions and the return address.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get a different scent is to return the unopened item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
